If You view, use and/or continue to view and/or use The Website You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Our relationship with You in relation to The Website. When You transact to make a purchase of any Product and/or Service from any Maker, You must acknowledge and agree that You are entering into a legally binding mutual agreement, exclusively, with them which is bound by their own terms, conditions, privacy, and returns policy and subsequently You acknowledge and agree that any such mutual agreement and potential related grievances shall be entirely a matter between Yourself and them and as such You are solely responsible for entering into and the performance of said mutual agreement and do so at Your own risk, except in relation to these Terms and Conditions. In our capacity as providers of The Service, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions We are not involved, responsible or liable in any way for the agreement, if any, concluded between You and any Maker, except at our express discretion and in relation to these Terms and Conditions.

Unless You have purchased food, or Products and/or Services that have been Made to Order for you, You will have the right to a cooling off period of seven (7) days from the receipt of Your Products and/or Services, in which You can cancel Your order and in so doing return the Products and/or Services to the Maker, in its original condition, at Your own cost, unless the Products and/or Services were damaged or faulty on receipt, for which you must provide proof. You acknowledge and agree that You must inform Us and the Maker immediately of any requests made by you for refunds on Products and/or Services. We will refund the amount paid by You for the returned Products and/or Services within 28 days of satisfactory receipt by the Maker.

There will be no mutual agreement between You and any Maker until such time as Your offer to purchase specific Products and/or Services, by way of an order made by You via The Website, and that order has been specifically confirmed in writing to You by the relevant Maker.

Payment for purchases may be paid for, securely, using a debit or credit card through, PayPal, Our elected online payment facility. All Prices are in Pound Sterling (£) including any applicable taxes.

Once You have finished Shopping You may view Your orders through Your ‘shopping basket’ displayed in the relevant area of The Website, which will display the name of the Products and/or Services You have chosen, the name of the Maker who will supply them along with Post, Package and Delivery details, which may vary depending on the nature, availability and resulting delivery cost of each Product and/or Service.

If You are ordering any Products and/or Services from The Website for delivery outside the UK, then it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any import duties and taxes, levied when the delivery reaches its specified destination, which are not controlled by Us in any way. If You are concerned about and/or want to inform Yourself of such charges You must contact Your local customs office for further information before placing Your order. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products and/or Services are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by You of any such laws.

You acknowledge and agree that any Products and/or Services purchased by you via The Website that require installation will be carried out by a professional, who is fully qualified and accredited to carry out the installation appropriate to the specific Product and/or Service. Neither We nor the Maker, from whom the Product and/or Service is purchased, will be held responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect installation resulting from a failure on your part to comply with this condition.

You acknowledge and agree that Your viewing and/or use of any information, materials, products and/or services on The Website is entirely at Your own risk, for which We shall not be liable.
